Seminar Administration Details

Transferability

Registrations for any event may be transferred to a colleague at any time. Please notify us by e-mail, fax, or mail, prior to the event.

Booking conditions

(a) Payment is due in full prior to the start of the event to which it refers.

(b) Cancellations for an event made in writing and received on or before 21 days prior to the published start date of the event will be refunded less a $50 handling fee.

(c) Cancellations for an event received within less than 21 days of the published start date of the event will not be refunded, and the full invoice fee will be payable regardless of whether you attend the event or not. Substitutions may be made at any time by informing the conference or course organizer.

(d) Confirmation of your booking will be made by e-mail and in writing as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. This confirmation will be sent to the address given on the booking form, unless otherwise required.

(e) Once signed and returned by e-mail, mail, or fax, this form is regarded thereafter as a firm contract.

(f) Payments made by credit card will be passed through our Scientific Surveys Inc account, which will be the name appearing on your statement subsequently.

(g) the event organizers reserve the right to make changes in the programme(s) or cancellations, should circumstances require.
